IDW fortsætter deres ambitiøse genoptryks program med klassiske amerikanske avis strips med en komplet udgave af Alex Raymonds klassiske foto-realistiske detektiv serie, Rip Kirby, til september. Det er første gang nogen sinde, at Raymonds Rip Kirby bliver genoptrykt i sin helhed. IDW følger op på succés’erne Dick Tracy, Terry & the Pirates, og Little Orphan Annie. Med disse fire serier er IDW nu den vigtigste medspiller i genoptryksmarkedet i USA. Og endelig kan vi glemme alt om de ombrudte ruder i de danske Agent X9 blade.
Publisher’s Weekly skriver: Following the Eisner-award winning Terry and the Pirates, IDW’s Library of American Comics will present Alex Raymond’s modernist classic Rip Kirby in a definitive five-volume archival hardcover series.
